How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS from Black Beauty, including all order details.
Can I raise multiple return/exchange requests for the same order within 7 days?
No. We process returns and exchanges at the order level only. Requests for individual products within a single order are not accepted.
Can I update my shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, but only before the order is packed. To modify your address, please contact our Customer Care team at support@blackbeauty.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 XXXXX XXXXX.
How long will delivery take?
- India: Orders are shipped within 24 business hours and delivered in 4–6 business days, depending on your location.
- International: Delivery takes 10–15 business days, based on your country of residence.
My order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please contact us via support@blackbeauty.co.in or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation. We’ll obtain delivery proof from our courier partner.
Note: Requests raised after 48 hours may not be considered.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping cost dependent on order size?
No. We charge a flat ₹49 shipping fee across India, no matter the size or weight of your order.
Which courier services do you use?
We ship via trusted partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and more in India. For international orders, we use Amarex International.
Are there any additional duties or taxes on international orders?
Yes. Customs or import duties may apply once the package reaches your country. These are charged as per local laws and must be borne by the recipient.
What if my package is tampered with or opened?
Do not accept the delivery. Immediately notify our support team via email or WhatsApp.
Complaints after 24 hours of delivery attempt may not be accepted.

How long will my refund take after cancellation?
- Prepaid orders: Refunds reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders: No refund required since payment wasn’t made.
International Orders
How can I place an international order?
