Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Within this period, you may initiate a return request using the link provided above.


Exchanges

If your order is damaged, defective, or not suitable, we offer an exchange for the same or another item from our collection.

You must raise the exchange request within 7 days of delivery using the link above.

Please note, the delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.


Return Shipping

We will arrange return pickup only from the original delivery address. Returns/Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • All freebies included in the order are returned as well.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We will notify you via email/WhatsApp once the returned item is received.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account after you share your details.
  • Prepaid (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refund takes 3–5 working days post confirmation.

Please note: Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
